Reformer FUN

Our signature Reformer-based class puts the FUN back into the fundamentals of Pilates. All levels of experience are welcome.

Open Level - 50 minutes

Reformer MASTERY

Not your average Reformer class. This class focuses on advanced exercises and requires approval to attend.

Advanced - 50 minutes

ARMS & ABS

This Reformer-based class puts a stronger emphasis on upper-body exercises and deep core conditioning.

Intermediate - 50 minutes

Reformer JUMP

This class uses the Jumpboard to incorporate low-impact cardio into Reformer Pilates. Expect a faster pace!

Open Level - 50 minutes

Reformer STRENGTH

A combination of Reformer Pilates and strength training. Use dumbells and more in upper and lower body exercises.

Intermediate - 50 minutes

Body Reset

Focus on the deep tissues of the body with foam rolling, stretching, and Pilates. Recovery is essential to a balanced workout routine.

Open Level - 50 minutes
