Everyone’s favorite jumpboard class. Safe for all experience levels. Expect a faster pace because… jumping. 50 minutes

The ultimate stretch & release class. We take foam rollers and stretch bands and work out those kinks. Safe for all levels, but expect some discomfort. 50 minutes
